Do you accept new patients?
Yes. Our nurse practitioners are currently accepting patients of all ages. You can donwload a new patient packet from our website.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring:

List of current medications
Any recent x-rays or imaging
Relevant medical records
Completed patient forms (if you’re a new patient)

Which insurance plans do you accept?
We accept many major insurance plans, including Aetna, Anthem/BCBS, Cigna, United Healthcare, Tricare (accepting assignment), Medicare, Optima (commercial), and others.

Do I need a referral to see a specialist?
Some insurance plans require a referral from your primary care provider before you see certain specialists or receive diagnostic services.
If your plan requires a referral, please contact our office at least 48 hours before your appointment.
What ages do you treat?
We provide care for the entire family — newborns, children, teens, adults, and older adults. Our services include routine physicals, preventive screenings, pediatric care, well-woman care, chronic disease management, and more.
Do you offer lab work or testing in the office?
Yes. We provide in-office lab services as well as electrocardiograms (EKGs) to help streamline your care.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, especially if you need to update information or turn in completed forms.
